Trouble Shooting

 

Issue 

Possible Cause(P)/Solutions(S) 

 

P:

 Non-Connection between True-D and Dock-King 

OR Firmware is not compatible 

S: 

Check connection and Firmware True-D (Version 

for Dock-King)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

P:

 VTX doesn’t turn on or has problem with VTX 

S:

 Check VTX and move it close to the Dock-King

 

 

P: 

AV cable is loose which lead to 2 devices 

disconnecting or connection between True-D and 
Dock-King is not good. Another reason is a correct 
standard AV cable is not used (3 pin instead of 4 
pin) 

S:

 Check AV cable and connection between True-D 

and Dock-King

 

 

P: 

Firmware for True-D is not correct  

S:

 Check Firmware True-D then you have to flash 

Firmware True-D version for Dock-King
