All bintec devices are delivered with the same username and password. As long as
the password remains unchanged, they are therefore not protected against unauthor-
ized use. Make sure you change the passwords to prevent unauthorized access to
your device!

Software update

Your device contains the version of the system software available at the time of production.
More recent versions may have since been released. You can easily perform an update
with the Funkwerk Configuration Interface using the Maintenance-> Software & Con-
figuration menu.
