The Fulltime Locker is a home-delivery receiving locker that receives and temporarily stores packages delivered during your absence. You’ll be
connected with the FTS control center via a communication line, which provides phone-in services, including giving operation instructions and
receiving inquiries to help our customers use the locker at ease. (A direct telephone line is an optional.)
It is a home-delivery locker management center directly operated by
Fulltime System to provide the telephone service so that the residents can
conveniently use the Fulltime Locker with security.
• The delivered package will not be seen from others and privacy is protected.
• You are free from restrictions on staying home for receiving the package.
• No need to worry about being absent when sending your golf bag or snow
board back from your travel destination.
• You can request laundry service or sending packages. (It depends on the
type of locker, and requires contracted companies.)
• It can help prevent crimes committed by disguising a
deliverer.
• The locker is connected with the FTS control center 24
hours a day.

• It is recommended to authenticate the locker key periodically and
check if any package addressed to you is stored in the box without
delivery note being posted somehow.
• The addressed resident may be informed if all the boxes are in use
and the package cannot be stored.
• For any reasons, reissue of an FTS card can be requested at cost.

• If the password is forgotten, reregistration is required.
• To use the locker safely, make sure to read this user manual.
• Services such as requesting sending package or laundry are not
available depending on the locker type.
• To use the Fulltime Locker, registration to the FTS control center
is required. Refer to the registration form or access to the
Fulltime customer site (https://f-cs.jp/).
• In case your package is mis-delivered, and only when we judge
it as a compelling situation, we may unlock the locker.

You can make a phone call if you encounter any problems or
have unclear things regarding the locker.
Monitors delivery status and usage of lockers every day
in order to perform smooth management.
Responds to loss or breakage of the locker key, new
registration or cancellation of registration at the time of
moving in or out and more.
Remotely enables taking out the package at a sudden
report of a locker key loss via a communication line.
Safely manages locker key information (name, phone number,
password, etc.) and takes care of new registration or
cancellation of registration at the time of moving in or out.
Automatically receives abnormal status of the locker
including running out of paper, and properly responds.
In case of fire, explosion, flood, etc., the compensation
for the damaged locker is subject to the provisions of the
insurance.
