Troubleshooting for HR-800 Main Unit
Power Supply Failure
Situation
：
Power supply indicator does not light up even if the power of the monitor is turned on.
Cause
：
U-Link Cable failure
Solution
：
Replace the U-Link cable.
Recording cannot be performed.
Situation
：
Power supply indicator lights in orange.
Cause 1
：
No recording paper is present in the paper holder.
Solution 1
：
Set recording paper in the paper holder.
Cause 2
：
The paper holder is open.
Solution 2
：
Close the paper holder properly.
Situation
：
Power supply indicator lights in red.
Cause
：
Hardware failure
Solution
：
Contact your nearest service representative.
Situation
：
Pressing the Record key or Paper Feed Key does not feed the recording paper.
Cause
：
The recording paper is jammed inside the paper holder.
Solution
：
Open the paper holder, properly set the recording paper.
Although the recording paper is fed, printing is not performed.
Situation
：
Pressing the Record Key feeds the recording paper, though, printing is not
performed.
Cause
：
The recording paper is not correctly installed. The top and bottm of the paper is set
oppositely.
Solution
：
Set the recording paper in the paper holder so that the logo, FUKUDA DENSHI
CO.,LTD appears on the upper surface.
The recording paper feed is interrupted or printing and feed cannot start.
Situation
：
Thermal head temperature error.
Cause
：
Thermal Head temperature exceeds 70
℃
.
Solution
：
Resume printing under the condition where the Thermal Head temperature is below
60
℃
.
