Working with Android

System updates

Fujitsu Technology Solutions can make system updates available for your Tablet PC, to
resolve problems or to update the operating system or applications.

Fujitsu Technology Solutions accepts no responsibility for loss of
your data after a system update.

Before an update, you should without fail perform a data backup.

The following data backup options are available:

•

use your Google account to backup your data, see

"Personal settings", Page 58

.

•

Use a USB cable to connect the Tablet PC to a desktop PC or a notebook and copy
the data and folders from the Tablet PC onto the desktop PC or the notebook.

•

Install data backup software from Google Play Store to backup your installed apps.

•

use the pre-installed ES File Explorer to backup your apps.

and much more, which you can download and install on your Tablet PC.

To have access to Google Play Store, you need a Google account and Internet access.

Fujitsu Technology Solutions is not liable for malfunctions which are caused
by additional apps which you have installed. In such cases, a repair is
chargeable, even within the warranty period.

Fujitsu Technology Solutions is not liable for any damages incurred by you or a
third party provider, arising from an installation performed by you.

Always check the security of additional applications. Installation is carried out at your own
risk. A Norton tablet security package is pre-installed on your Tablet PC. Activate this
software to protect yourself against attacks from the Internet and from malicious software.
