 Using the PenCentra 130 Productivity Package

To change settings or to reactivate the confirmation screen, choose Communications 
from the Options menu and tap Dialing.

Note:

To send a fax, the fax/modem must be correctly inserted and connected to a live 
phone line.

Adding/Removing Documents

After creating or selecting a fax, either from the Fax Workspace or from the Outbox, 
you can add documents to it. bFAX allows you to send as many documents as you 
wish. 

Adding a Document 

Tap the Add Document button, choose Add Document from the Fax menu, or double 
tap in an empty area of the Document window. A dialog box will appear, allowing 
you to browse for the file you wish to send. Select the desired file and choose Open to 
add it to the Document window. Note: Once added to the fax, documents will remain 
in the Document window until removed. 

Removing a Document

In the Document window, tap the document you wish to delete. Then tap the delete 
button, or choose Delete from the Edit window. Note: This will delete documents 
only from the Document window. They will remain in your PenCentra 130 Contacts 
list.

bFIND

bFIND is a search utility that searches for files, file contents, databases, contacts, and 
more. 

Creating a Search

To begin a search, enter the item that you are searching for into the Look For 
field. You can choose to ignore letter case by checking the Ignore Case checkbox. 
Check Whole Word if you want to search for an exact match of what is typed in 
the Look For field.

In the Search Location group box, check the locations in which you want to 
search.
