Installing Optical/Tributary Shelf, LAS, and Heat Baffle

This procedure provides instructions for installing a generic shelf and heat baffle, if required,
into a relay rack. A rack or other suitable mounting structure must already be installed in
accordance with local plans and procedures. See

Figure 2-13 [p. 2-25]
