2. Disassembly

Conﬁdential: FUJIFILM Service Center Use Only

2-4.

Removing the LCD and TOP COVER CONST

(1) Remove the screw (M1.7 x L4.5).
(2) Remove the STRAP LEFT in the direction of the

arrow.

(3) Remove the 2 screws (M1.4 x L3).
(4) Pop up the FLASH unit and remove the 2 screws

(M1.4 x L3).

(5) Unlock the connector and remove the FPC.

(6) Raise the TOP COVER CONST in the direction of

the arrow, taking care with the 2 HOOKS.

[Main capacitor discharge points]

Take care not to touch the main capacitor terminals

before discharging the capacitor.

(7) Peel off the CAP. MYLAR A.
(8) Discharge the main capacitor.
