OPERATION PROCEDURE: 

Power on- 

When the console detects standard RPM signal, it will power on. The BUZZER will emit one   
beep for 2 seconds. LED will show full display for 2 seconds (Drawing 1). Then system will remind user 
to select functions by displaying “PLEASE PRESS BUTTONS TO SELECT FUNCTIONS” as Drawing 2. 
User can press the fast key to select a workout mode quickly.

MANUAL workout mode- 

1. In main menu, press

to get into MANUAL mode. 

2. Press START key to get access to Quick Start mode or proceed with step 3 instead.

3. Press 

  and 

  to set target workout value of TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE

(Drawing 3~6). During setting, the function letter is flashing. Press MODE button to go to next
setting.

4. After finishing setting, press START button to start workout, console will start to calculate

values (Drawing 7~8).

5. Press

or 

    to adjust LOAD level from 1~40. 

6. Press STOP button to stop workout. When the set target value has been reached, system

will STOP automatically.

7. Press RESET button to go back to main menu.
