Step 4:
1. Guide the axle (Q-11) through the drillings of the handlebars (Q-12) into the handlebar post (B-1).
2. Add the flat washer (P-10) to the axle (Q-11).
3. Fix the lower handlebars (D-1 & D-6) on both sides on the axle (Q-11) with the washers (P-9) and
nuts (P-8).
4. Fix the pedal arms (E-1 & E-9) on the lower handlebars (D-1 & D-6) with the screws (P-6),
washers (P-7) and nuts (P-5).
