TEST 2 – CHECKING EXTERNAL CONNECTION
Using a laptop external to your organizations network, open a browser and check the following:

i. If you are prompted for the camera username and password, you have
correctly configured your router to forward traffic to the camera.

i. If you are prompted for the switch username and password, you have correctly
configured your router to forward traffic to the switch.

[YOUR NETWORKS PUBLIC STATIC IP]:11003
i. If you are prompted for the SpectreRT username and password, you have
correctly configured your router to forward traffic to the SpectreRT router.
d.
If your system is a dual camera system, enter

i. If you are prompted for the camera username and password, you have
correctly configured your router to forward traffic to the second camera.
If any of these tests fail, your system is not configured correctly. Contact your IT department or
FTS Support if further support is needed.
