If there's a click sound and the key cannot be pulled out after inserting, the unlock is
successful.

For ceiling mount, the steps of dismounting the AP are the same.
3. Hold two sides of the AP and push it in the direction of the network port to release it from the
buckle holes.
Dismounting the AP
1. If the anti-theft lock is enabled, attach the front part of the key to the edge of the mounting
bracket.
2. Attempt to insert the key into the keyhole along the mark to unlock the anti-theft lock.
