Carefully lower the replacement frypot into the fryer. Reinstall the hex head screw removed in
step 7 to attach the frypot to the fryer.

Position the element assembly in the frypot and reinstall the machine screws and nuts removed in
step 6. Plug the 6- and 9-pin connectors into the contactor box and reconnect connector C7.
12.
Reinstall the top cap, back panel, element housing, and back panel and close and secure the
control panel assembly.
13.
Reposition the fryer on its mounting studs and secure with appropriate nuts and washers.
14.
Reconnect the fryer to the electrical power supply, fill the frypot with cooking oil/shortening,
and check for proper operation.
