NOTE:

  If you remove the screws from both boxes at the same time, 

the boxes will jam against each other and neither can be removed.

Carefully lower the box to the floor and pull it out the front of the fryer.  Remove the remaining 
box following the same procedure.  

 

5.

 

Disconnect the two flexlines running to the oil-return manifold at the rear of the fryer. Remove 
the nut and bolt that secures the bridge to the oil-return manifold.   

Disconnect Pump

Solenoid flexline here.

Disconnect Vacuum-Breaker
Solenoid flexline here.

 

6.

 

Disconnect the pump suction flexline at the filter pan connection end. 

Disconnect Pump
Suction flexline here.

 

7.

 

Remove the cover plate from the front of the motor and disconnect the motor wires.
