Starting the Isuzu Engine
Turn key-switch on LOFA control from
“OFF” to “RUN” position.
LOFA control with key-switch placed in “RUN” position is also
used to activate fuel gauges & gauge lights
.
The
electric fuel
pump will
also
operate for a short period.
Preheating will be shown by
illuminated “PREHEAT”
indicator light.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT STOP
THE
ENGINE/
GENERATOR UNTIL BOTH HEATERS HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FIRST AND
HAVE
COMPLETED THE
IR COOL DOWN AND THE FANS HAVE STOPPED.

“PREHEAT” indicator light
goes
off move key-switch to "START" and
release once engine starts.

To stop engine move key-switch to the
"OFF" position
