OPT/TU Wheel Brake TU Car4 Pro

The TU Car4 Pro wheel brake prevents the TU Car4 Pro trolley from accidentally rolling - or being rolled - out of
position.
IMPORTANT!
The brakes of the swifel casters merely serve to keep the trolley stationary on a plane surface.
WARNING!
Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury and damage. The wheel brake
option must only be installed by trained and qualified personnel. Pay particular attention to the "Safety
rules" chapter in all operating instructions, including these instructions, for system components.
Dismounting existing swivel casters on under-
side of trolley
Take the wirefeeder out of the wirefeeder fixture and put it in a
safe place
Dismount the power source (and - if mounted - the cooling unit)
from the trolley
Undo and remove the 8 hexagonal nuts
wrench size = 13 mm
Remove existing swivel casters
Mounting swivel casters with wheel-brake
Attach the swivel casters with wheel-brake to the trolley
Fix each swivel caster with wheel-brake using 4 hexagonal nuts
tightening torque = 24 Nm
