The warping of
the Auger,Tower
or Tiers
Maker sure it is placed on a dry and
level surface.
Please check the Auger and Tower if
are securely in place.
Product Power cord loose,the plug
should be wiped in place hard,other-
wise the products has no function.
You can add more or less vegetable
oil depending on the type chocolate
you use and stir thoroughly to
combine
Using conventional chocolate
It is not placed on a dry and level surface.
The Auger and Tower if are securely in place.
Power cord loose.
Large pieces of food clog the base of the
tower
Not remove the tower and the auger before
chocolate solidified
Make sure to check the Bowl of the
Chocolate Fountain frequently and
make sure to remove any large pieces
of food as this will clog the base of
the Tower and chocolate will not flow
properly
Unplug the unit from the wall outlet
and allow it to cool.Before the choc-
olate solidifies, remove the Tower
and the Auger and wash in warm
soapy water
Do not heat chocolate over 110oF
(45oC),it will make the auger,tower
or tiers warped
Chocolate temperature is too high
