Package your unit or part in the original packing material if possible. If not, use a sturdy
carton and surround the unit or part with an ample amount of material to cushion it during
shipping. Be sure to tape the carton securely. All shipping charges must be
prepaid
by the
shipper. Please include a brief description of the malfunction (please be specifi c). Be sure
that you have included your proof of purchase (date of sale) and the correct address for the
return shipment.
