Fault description
If your UPS does not work properly, please refer to
the table below.
If a fault is not described in the table, please con-
tact the service address specified in section 8.
Problem
Cause
Solution
No mains voltage.
Have the mains
connection
checked by an
electrician.
Orange lamp is
not lit
Bypass input
cable is not con-
nected to the
mains.
Connect the by-
pass input cable
to the mains.
The UPS output
is not active.
Refer to the man-
ual of your UPS.
Green lamp on
the bypass is not
lit
The UPS is not
connected to the
maintenance
bypass correctly.
Check the con-
nections between
the UPS and the
maintenance by-
pass.
Some or all con-
nected consum-
ers are not sup-
plied with power
Check to see if
one of the fuses
in the bypass has
been released.
Reset the minia-
ture circuit
breaker in ques-
tion.
The miniature
circuit-breakers
have been reset,
but the consum-
ers are still not
supplied with
power
The load con-
nected to the
bypass is too
high.
Reduce the con-
nected load.
