Kuvaus
Tuloilmaventtiili, tarkoitettu asennettavaksi makuuhuonee-
seen, oleskeluhuoneeseen, yms. Suositeltava sijainti on
korkealla seinässä ja mieluusti lämpöpatterin yläpuolella.
Lattialämmityksen yhteydessä venttiili on
sijoitettava vähintään metri sivuun ikkunasta, jotta mahdol-
linen kylmäsäteily ei voimistu. Venttiili koostuu sisäosasta,
johon kuuluvat säätöpelti ja suodatin, sekä läpivientiputkesta
ja ulkosäleiköstä. Säätöpeltiä säädetään kannen alasivulla
olevalla säätimellä.
Perusilmavirtaus n. 3 l/s 10 Pa:n paine-erolla, on vakio mini-
mivirtausasennon ansiosta. Venttiilin voi sulkea kokonaan
painamalla säädintä voimakkaammin suljettuun asentoon.
Asennus
1. Aukotus
Etäisyys katosta vähintään n. 10 cm. Vältä palkkeja sekä
sähkö- ja vesijohtoja.
Tee seinän läpi Ø108 mm:n reikä pienellä kaadolla ulospäin,
n. 1 mm/100 mm.
Käytä reikäsahaa tai poraa pienempiä reikiä renkaan muo-
toon ja irrota keskusta taltalla.
2. Ulko-osan asentaminen
Paina ulkoyhde kiinni ulkosäleikköön.
Katkaise molemmat yhteet, jos seinän paksuus on alle 185
mm. Yhteitä voidaan lyhentää, koska ne toimivat teleskoop-
pisesti. Levitä tiivistemassaa säleikköön. Asenna ulkosäleikkö
ja yhde seinän läpi ulkopuolelta, ja kiinnitä säleikkö ruuveilla.
Tiivistä julkisivua vasten tiivistysmassalla. Säiden vaihteluille
alttiissa paikoissa ulkosäleikkö korvataan myrskysuojalla tai
säleikköä täydennetään sadesuojalla.
3. Sisäosan asentaminen
Irrota kansi rungosta. Napsauta runko kiinni yhteeseen.
Asenna yhteeseen tiiviste.
Aseta venttiili seinäputkeen. Kiinnitä runko seinään neljällä
ruuvilla. Säädä sitten haluttu aukko säätimellä, ja asenna
kansi takaisin.
Huolto
Venttiili on helppo puhdistaa. Venttiilikansi vedetään suo-
raan irti, jolloin suodatin tulee näkyviin. Suodatin täytyy
puhdis¬taa/vaihtaa 1–2 kertaa vuodessa. Vakiosuodatin
voidaan pestä. Käytä mietoa saippualiuosta.
Siitepöly- ja hiukkassuodattimet vaihdetaan uusiin.
Erityiset sääolosuhteet
Tietyt sääolosuhteet voivat vaatia erityistä huolenpitoa.
Venttiili päästää sisään ulkoilmaa, joka voi tietyissä sääo-
losuhteissa sisältää sumua, utua, pölyä tai savua. Tällöin on
suositeltavaa sulkea venttiili väliaikaisesti. Lisäksi kanava ja
venttiilin suodatin täytyy ehkä tarkastaa/puhdistaa.

Description
Supply air ventilator designed for installation in the bedroom, living room, etc. The
recommended placement is high on the wall and preferably close to a radiator. If
you have underfloor heating the ventilator should be installed at least one meter
from the window to avoid downdraught. The ventilator consists of an internal
section, fitted with a damper and filter, a wall pipe as well as an outer grille. The
damper is adjusted with a control placed under the cover on the underside of the
ventilator.
A basic flow of approximately 3 l/s at 10 Pa is standard on account of the
minimum flow position. The ventilator can be closed completely by pressing the
control firmly towards the closed position.
Installation
1. Hole-making
Min. distance to ceiling approx. 10 cm. Avoid control, units and electricity and
water conduits.
Make a Ø108 mm hole through the wall with a slight outward angle, approx. 1
mm/100 mm.
Use a holesaw or drill a ring of small holes and then knock out the core.
2. Installation of the outer section
Press the outer sleeve onto the outer grille.
Cut both couplings if the wall thickness is less than 185 mm. They can be cut
shorter because the couplings are telescopic. Apply sealing compound in the joint
between the grille and sleeve. Insert the outer grille with sleeve through the wall
from the outside and screw the grille in position. Seal against the facade using
sealing compound.
In areas exposed to the weather, replace the outer grille with a storm cover or fit
the grille with a rain guard.
3. Installation of the internal section
Remove the cover from the chassis. Snap the chassis onto the internal sleeve.
Install a seal on the coupling.
Insert the valve into the wall tube. Screw the chassis onto the wall with four
screws. Now set the required opening with the control, and re-mount the cover.
Maintenance
The ventilator is easy to clean. The cover is pulled straight off, the filter is then
visible. The filter should be cleaned/replaced once or twice a year.
The standard filter can be cleaned. Use a mild soap solution.
The pollen and environmental filter should be replaced with a new one.
Special weather precautions
Under certain weather conditions, special precautions may be required. The venti-
lator allows outdoor air in. Under certain types of weather conditions, this air may
contain swirling snow, mist, dust or fumes. In these cases, it is recommended
that the ventilator be temporarily shut. It may also be necessary to inspect/clean
the duct and the ventilator’s filter.

Beschreibung
Zuluftventil zur Montage in Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmern usw. Es wird empfoh-
len, das Ventil oben an der Wand und möglichst in der Nähe eines Heizkörpers
anzubringen. Wenn Sie Fußbodenheizung haben, sollte das Ventil mindestens
einen Meter neben dem Fenster installiert werden, dies eine verstärkte Zugluft
zu vermeiden. Das Ventil besteht aus einem inneren Teil mit Drosselklappe und
Filter sowie einem Rohr und einem Außengitter. Die Drosselklappe wird per Regler
eingestellt, der sich unter der Abdeckung an der Ventilunterseite befindet. Durch
die Stellung für minimalen Luftstrom wird ein standardmäßiger Basisluftstrom
von etwa 3 l/s bei 10 Pa erzielt. Das Ventil lässt sich komplett schließen, indem
der Regler kräftig in Richtung geschlossene Stellung gedrückt wird.
Montage
1. Lochbohrung
Der Mindestabstand zu Decke muss etwa 10 cm betragen. Achten Sie bei der
Positionierung auf Querlatten sowie auf Elektro- und Wasserleitungen.
In der Wand eine Öffnung mit einem Durchmesser von 108 mm und leichter Nei-
gung nach außen bohren, die etwa 1 mm pro 100 mm beträgt.
Mit einer Lochsäge arbeiten oder einen Ring aus kleineren Löchern bohren und
anschließend das Kernstück herausstemmen.
2. Einbau des Außenteils
Den äußeren Stutzen am Außengitter festdrücken. Beide Stutzen auf Wandstärke
zuschneiden, wenn diese 185 mm unterschreitet. Sie können kürzer zugeschnit-
ten werden, da sie eine Teleskopfunktion haben. Am Außengitter Dichtungsmasse
auftragen.
Das Außengitter mit Stutzen und Rohr einsetzen und das Gitter festschrauben.
Gegen die Fassade mit Dichtungsmasse dichten.
Bei der Witterung ausgesetzten Stellen ist das Außengitter durch eine Sturm-
haube zu ersetzen oder durch einen Regenschutz zu ergänzen.
3. Einbau des Innenteils
Die Abdeckung vom Gehäuse lösen. Das Gehäuse am Stutzen festdrücken. Die
Dichtung auf dem Stutzen anbringen.
Das Ventil in das Wandrohr einführen. Das Gehäuse mit vier Schrauben an der
Wand befestigen. Anschließend per Regler die gewünschte Öffnung einstellen, und
die Abdeckung wieder anbringen.
Wartung
Das Ventil ist einfach zu reinigen. Ziehen Sie die Abdeckung gerade ab, um das
Filter freizulegen. Das Filter ist 1- bis 2-mal pro Jahr zu reinigen/wechseln.
Das Standardfilter ist abwaschbar, dazu ist eine milde Seifenlösung zu verwenden.
Das Pollen- und Umweltschutzfilter ist durch ein neues zu ersetzen.
Besondere Witterungsbedingungen
Bei bestimmten Wetterverhältnissen kann eine besondere Überwachung
erforderlich werden. Das Ventil lässt Luft von außen herein, die bei bestimmten
Witterungen Schneegestöber, Nebelschwaden, Staub oder Rauch enthalten kann.
Dann empfiehlt es sich, das Ventil vorübergehend zu schließen. Außerdem kann es
erforderlich werden, den Kanal und das Filter des Ventils zu überprüfen/reinigen.
