Please wait until the flashing Yellow/Green TGT STATUS light
turns off.

4. Before disconnecting your USB TAP, wait for the flashing status light to turn off.

What To Do Next

When you have completed reprogramming the firmware images stored in the USB TAP 
flash EPROM, configure your debugging environment (if you haven’t already done so) as 
explained in the debugger manual
