25.4.3
Decimation Filter Memory Map for Parallel Side Interface
The Decimation Filter exchanges data with the master block through the PSI. The master block sends data
to input buffers and reads data from output buffers of the filter. To fulfill this exchange, it is enough a single
register as described in
. Therefore, the PSI address is ignored.
25.4.4
PSI Register Description
This register is defined as 24-bit wide.
25.4.4.1
Input/Output Buffers Register (DECFILTER_IOB)
This register has no meaning when in stand alone mode (ISEL=1).
The Input/Output Buffers Register is used by the master block to access the Input and Output buffers of
the decimation filter. Writes to this register are interpreted as requests to the Decimation Filter to process
a new sample data or to bypass a timestamp data. Reads from this register are interpreted as responses of
decimation filter after processing an input data, or to bypass a timestamp data. It is issued a read request
to master block when the decimation filter is not in stand alone mode. An interrupt request can also be
issued if enabled to indicate to the Core processor that an output data is available.

M_FLUSH — Master block Flush request/control bit
The M_FLUSH signal is used by the Decimation Filter to execute a Flush flow. All filter TAPs are
cleared and the control FSM is put in an initial state. Detailed description is presented in item
