Searching for a Recipe by Name
To find a recipe, simply type its name at the Search
screen. Some recipe names are common ones
such as
roast beef, but others are more specific
and you will need to remember at least part of the
name to find the recipe. You don’t need to type
capitals or punctuation.
1. Select
Recipe Search from the Search menu.
Or press
CLEAR
if
Recipe Search is the default
state.
2. Enter the name of a recipe (e.g.,
chili con carne).
To erase a letter, press
BACK
.
3. Press
ENTER
to view the recipe.
Boxes mark your search words.
4. Press
or
SPACE
to read.
5. Press
CLEAR
when done.

Restricted Menus
After a search, press
MENU
while in text. The
menus are now restricted to only the items
that include your search word(s). Press
ENTER
to view a highlighted item.
