Finding English Spellings
If you don’t know how to spell a word, type a ques-
tion mark in place of each unknown letter or an
asterisk in place of a series of unknown letters.

Spelling Finding Tips
• Use ?’s to find lists of words. For example, to find
four-letter words beginning with a z, enter z???.
• Use ?’s to help solve crossword puzzles and
other word games. For example, if the second
letter of a five-letter word is
l and its fourth letter is
r, enter ?l?r?.
