Changing the Settings

From the Setup menu, you can select the
message language, which is the lan-
guage of the messages and prompts. You
can also adjust the screen contrast and
the volume of the spoken phrases.

1. Press MODE/ON to turn the unit on.
2. Continue pressing MODE/ON or rotate

the RS until the Setup screen is
displayed.

3. Press ENTER.
4. Press

to cycle between

Language, Contrast, and Volume and
press ENTER to select the one you
want.

Language enables you to select
English or Español as the message
language. Contrast enables you to set
how light or dark the screen is. Volume
enables you to select low or high as
the volume of the spoken phrases.
