vanced bartending techniques and tips. Read
them to become an expert.
1. Select
How To or Hints from the Topics
menu.
2. Highlight a subtopic (e.g.,
Glassware
under
How To).
You can type the subtopic or scroll down
to highlight it.
3. Press ENTER.
4. Press
to read.
5. Press BACK to go back to the menu.
6. Press CLEAR when done.
Learning How To
The Glossary and Liquors topics provide a
good introduction to mixology. Read them to
become familiar with basic terms and concepts.
1. Select
Glossary or Liquors from the
Topics menu.
2. Highlight a subtopic (e.g.,
Absinthe
under
Glossary).
3. Press ENTER.
4. Press
to read.
5. Press NEXT or PREV to view the next or
previous subtopics.
6. Press BACK to go back to the menu.
Using Other Topics

Deselecting a Menu Item
Selected menu items are marked with a check.
For example, after a search by ingredients un-
der the Locate menu, you will see your se-
lected ingredients checked. To deselect that
ingredient, press ENTER when it is highlighted.
