The units are delivered ready for power connection, which must be carried out by a qualified and authorized in a
manner consistent with the rules in force in the country of installation. Make sure that the mains power supply
is equipped with protections and for making the land compliant.
Check the correspondence between the rating and the rated line. Before making the connection, make sure that
there is no voltage across the line conductors. Make sure the connection of the existence of an effective
earthing circuit. The grounding conductor must be longer than the phase conductors and be the first to be
connected during assembly and the last to be disconnected during disassembly. We recommend the installation
of a circuit breaker, whose nominal differential current does not exceed 30 mA.
We recommend the use of magnetothermic protection with characteristic curve of type C and type B
circuit breaker, sensitive to both AC and DC.
In booster sets with single-phase power (versions "M / T")
is enough to bring power to the electrical
switchboard for protection containing the circuit breaker and connect the power output of the electric switch
board to the power input of the inverter (A).
A:Connect the power cable of the inverter (DRIVE-TECH)
B: motor output connection (already connected).
For single phase power supply: the voltage of the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) supply line must be 230Vac and may
vary in a range b/- 15%. The power cord must be 3-wire (2 core + earth), the section of cable to be
used for a line length of up to 30m, must be at least 2.5 mm ².
The connection to the mains supply will be provided to the terminals L1, L2 and GND of the inverter (see figure
above).
In booster sets with three-phase power (versions "T / T
") is enough to bring power to the electrical
switchboard for protection containing the circuit breaker and connect the power output of the electric switch
board to the power input of the inverter (A).
A: Connect the power cord of the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) L1-L2-L3-GND (already connected).
B: Connect the power cord of the line filter, if it is not included in the DRIVE-TECH.
C: UVW motor output connection (already connected).
For three-phase power: the voltage of the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) supply line may vary in a range b / -
15% of the supply voltage of plaque. The power cord must be 4-conductor (3 earth), the section of
cable to be used for a line length of up to 30m, must be at least 2.5 mm ². The connection to the supply line
will be carried on terminals, L1, L2, L3 and GND inverter (DRIVE-TECH).
