Risk of fatal injury from electrocution
Damaged power cords, pipes or push-on fittings can lead to electrocution.
a)
Do not connect any damaged power cords, pipes or push-on fittings to
the power grid.
b)
Replace damaged power cords, pipes or push-on fittings.
If the power cord is permanently assembled, contact the service techni-
cian. If the power cord is not permanently assembled, order and use a
new, original power cord.
c)
Ensure that the machine and the power cord are not near any hot sur-
faces such as gas or electric stoves or ovens.
d)
Ensure that the power cord is not pinched and does not chafe on sharp
edges.

Working on the open machine can lead to electrocution.
a)
Do not connect a machine with an opened casing to a power supply.
b)
Before opening it, disconnect the machine from the power supply and se-
cure this disconnection against reconnection.
