The third category is for the RTC option. You can turn it on or off.
The fourth category is for the 24Hr/12Hr mode. If you prefer the US style, turn on the 12 hour
mode. Here you can also suppress leading zeroes, which will work in both 24Hr/12Hr mode.
All the changes you make to these settings will be stored automatically inside the clock.
