5.2.1 LANGUAGE
To change the language of the menu, enter the CONTROL UNIT - LANGUAGE menu and select the language
pressing
. Available language are: Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and English.
5.2.2 PIN CODE
To enable/change the safety PIN code used to enter the programming, enter the CONTROL UNIT - PIN
menu.
NOTE:
•
Default PIN code: 1234
•
Maximum code length is 4 digit
•
It is not possibile to set a PIN code starting with “0”
•
Press
to discard any ch’ange and go back to the previous menu
•
Contact the Fracarro Technical Support if PIN code is lost
5.2.3 USB STORAGE
Confi guration loading
By means of a pen drive, a confi guration that was previously memorized or saved from a PC can be loaded
into the CONTROL UNIT - UBS MEMORY.
When the display shows “insert USB” insert the pen drive and press
; Use the DOWN arrow to
scroll down the fi les within the pen drive and select the confi guration fi le that you want by pressin
to load
the confi guration into the unit. A message will be displayed when the operation is complete.
It is possible to load a confi guration of another FIL or a product of the FRPRO series with the same number
of clusters (i.e: for FIL 10 it is possible to load the confi guration of FRPRO10 but not FRPRO 06).
Note:
•
Loading a confi guration of another model, all parameters will be loaded (PIN code and language set-
tings included).
•
If the message “loading OK” is not displayed, repeat the procedure.
•
The FIL unit does not accept fi le longer than 16 digits. If a longer fi le is uploaded, the unit will display
the message “Loading error”.
Confi guration saving
To save a confi guration from the FIL unit to the pen drive, use the “SAVE AS” menu.
When the message “insert USB” appears, insert the pen drive and press the
key, the FIL will propose the
name “Confi guration1.” To change the fi le name, use the keyboard and the left/right arrows to move along
the letters (the entered letters can be cancelled by pressing the
key). Press the
key to save the FIL
confi guration onto the pen drive.
Note:
•
Accepted formatting for the pen drive: FAT-12, FAT-16, FAT-32 (MS-DOS).
•
The pen drive cannot have two or more partitions and/or a proprietary fi le system.
•
The confi guration fi les must be saved in the root (principal directory) of the memory (the FIL does not
allow access to the sub-folders).
•
The name of the confi guration fi le must not exceed 16 letters ( “cpr” extension not included)
•
Special symbols such as *, /, \, !, ... etc. are not accepted.
