PostBase with Feeder plus and inserter link
For short interruptions on the mailing system, you do not need to stop the
inserting system. The Ramp plus acts as a buffer.
You can position unfranked letters on the Ramp plus to frank them.
6.2 Causes and remedies
In many cases, you can correct minor errors yourself. The following table shows tips
to remedy / avoid errors.
For further information, please refer to the operator manuals of the PostBase mailing
system, the PostBase Dynamic Scale and the inserting system in use.
PostBase ready to frank:
Restart batch processing on the PostBase
Letter transport of the PostBase starts
PostBase stops
Remedy error / confirm message (see operator manual)
Or: PostBase automatically performs an action

Letters are not correctly fed to the
PostBase. Check the alignment of inserting system and
PostBase mailing system
