To shut down the scanner:
1.
Press and hold the Power button of the i80 ET6842 for 5 seconds.
2.
Click the
Power off
to shut down or
Reboot
to restart.
3.3 Establishing Vehicle Communication
To establish communication with i80 ET6842:
1.
Connect the VCI dongle to the vehicle’s DLC for both communication and
power source.
2.
Connect the VCI dongle to the i80 ET6842 tablet via Bluetooth or USB
connection.
