CONNECTING TO A PERSONAL COMPUTER
The camera can be connected to a personal computer and files extracted for storage and/or playback.
To connect the camera, proceed as follows;
The following can be done with the camera switched on or off.
1.
Connect the camera to the personal computer using the Micro USB - USB cable.
2.
Once connected a dialogue menu will appear on the camera screen, select ‘Connect USB’
3.
Enter the passcode for the camera.
4.
Access the camera’s memory on your personal computer and manage the contents.
GPS Receiver (optional)
The GPS Receiver allows latitude and longitude information to be added to a video or still photograph.
This information can then be incorporated with software to show the exact geographical location of the camera
when video or photographs were captured.
Once the camera is switched on, it may take up to 5 minutes for the GPS receiver to establish a connection and for
GPS location information to be available.
Once a GPS connection is established, the satellite icon in the top corner of the LCD display will turn green.
