The FoxSonic is battery operated. Please only use high quality batteries
designed for a long service life. No liability is accepted for damage to the
device caused by replaced batteries.
The FoxSonic must not be used to measure liquids in potentially explosive
areas (according to 2014/34/EU).
The FoxSonic cannot be used to prevent overfill. The FoxSonic does not offer
absolute protection against an unnoticed empty tank or against theft or
unauthorised removal of the tank contents.
The FoxSonic thread adapter is not self­sealing. In order to prevent water
from entering the tank, the threads must be properly sealed.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use or incorrect
operation.
Changes to the device are not permitted. Repairs are only to be carried out
by authorised dealers and their service partners.
