Speaker Connector: SPEAKER OUT
The speaker connector is used to connect
speaker of the chassis.
The connector connects to the chassis security
switch on the case. The system can detect the
chassis intrusion through the status of this
connector. To utilize this function, set
“

section of the CMOS Setup.Save and exit,
then boot the operating system once to make
sure this function takes effect.

S/PDIF Out Connector: SPDIF_OUT
The S/PDIF out connector is capable of provid-
ing digital audio to external speaker or com-
pressed AC3 data to an external Dolby digital
decoder.
Note:
The empty pin of SPDIF cable should be
aligned to empty pin of S/PDIF out connector.

Wake Up On Modem Connector: WOM
Through this function, system in suspend or
soft-off mode can be waken up by a ring signal
received from the internal modem. W hen this
function is used, be sure an internal modem
card which supports this function is provided.
Then connect the header to the relevant con-
nector on the modem card, set

in the

”
section of the CMOS Setup. Save
