EXTENSION CORDS
Before using an extension cord, ensure the insulation is not cut or worn. Immediately repair or replace a damaged
or frayed cord.
ATTENTION :
Extension cords must be removed from the work area or located so that they will not get caught in parts, tools or other
objects while using the tool.
This appliance must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down while in use, grounding provides a path of
least resistance for the electrical current and reduces the risk of electrical shock to the operator. This appliance has
a power cord with equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a
qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided with the machine. If it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
