Warranty
The after sales service of this Electric Sucker Luggage Rack is strictly based on the“Consumer Rights Protection of the People's Republic of China”and“Product
Quality Law of the People's Republic of China”to implement after-sales three-guarantee service, the service content is as follows:
Warranty period
1. If the product fails to perform within 7 days of purchase, it should be tested by the manufacturers after sales service centre to determine if there is a fault.
2. Within 8-15 days from the next day after you sign for the product, if the product has performance failures listed in the“Electric Sucker Luggage Rack Performance Failure
List”, it can be determined by the manufacturer's after-sales service centre. Enjoy free replacement or repair services.
3. Within 12 months from the day after you sign for the product, if the product has performance failures listed in the“Electric Sucucker Luggage Rack Performance Failure List”,
it has been tested and determined by the manufacturer's after-sales service centre, and you can enjoy it for free Maintenance service.
Issues not covered by this warranty
1. Unauthorised maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, liquid ingress, accident, altercation, incorrect use of this product and its accessories, remove or altering labels or
anti-counterfeiting marks.
2. The validity period of the warranty has expired.
3. Damage caused by force majeure.
4. Issues not met in the performance failures listing.
5. Due to human reasons, the product and its accessories have the performance failure listed in the“Electric Suction Foot Luggage Rack Performance Failure List”.
