Carefully remove and lay out all hardware and parts.  Check quantities and match the Hardware List and the Parts List.  

NOTE:  During 

the assembly process whenever using screws or bolts, check each with the Hardware List by letter and size identification.  Place 

each screw or bolt on the diagram of the item which is sketched actual size.  Be sure to use the proper size specified in the 

assembly directions.

  If any parts are missing or broken or you need assistance with assembly, DO NOT return the product to your

Stationary Posts

 to Stationary Side

 by inserting Allenhead Bolts

 through their locator holes in Stationary Posts

. Insert 

a Joint Connector Nut 

H

 into holes in the  bottom edge of the top and bottom rails of Stationary Side 

R

. Using a slotted screwdriver, align 

the thread on Joint Connector Nut 

H

 with the threads on Allenhead Bolt

  Hold Joint Connector Nut

 in position with 

a slotted screwdriver and tighten Allenhead Bolt

 using Allen Wrench

. Tighten Securely. Place Stationary Top Cap

 on top of 

Stationary Side sub assembly.  Insert Allenhead Bolts 

D

 up through the locator holes in the bottom edge of Stationary Side 

R

 top rail and 

thread into the factory installed threaded inserts in the bottom of Top Cap Assembly

. Tighten Allenhead Bolts

 securely until the Top 

Cap 

J

 is pulled securely against the top of Stationary Posts

 using Allen Wrench
