If the UPS fails to operate normally, please refer to the following table to solve most
common installation and operation problems.
7. Toolless battery replacement
Forza makes the replacing of batteries a simple and quick installation process.

Press and hold the power button 2 seconds before
releasing it
Reset the input circuit breaker by pressing the
plunger back in. If the input circuit breaker trips after
the UPS restarts, reduce the number of loads
connected to the UPS
Disconnect the computer cable from the UPS and
press the power button. If the UPS works normally, it
means that the software has control over the UPS
Batteries are not fully charged: Charge the batteries
for at least 5 hours and then check capacity. If the
problem still persists, consult your dealer.
