•
Ensure the speed is safe to the rider and others alike, and always be ready to stop immediately when
operating. Be cautious and always keep a safe distance between you and other people or vehicles
when riding.
•
The level of charge power remaining in the e-scooter decreases with use (over time and distance
both). As the level of charge power decreases, the speed and other operational capabilities of the e-
scooter may decrease (or stop altogether).
•
The rate of loss of charging power during the use of the e-scooter varies based on riding style, the
weight of the rider, road conditions, weather conditions, and other factors. The distance and riding
time are never guaranteed.
•
The rider is responsible for checking the level of charge power before and during use and ensuring
that the remaining charge power is adequate for using the e-scooter.
•
Do not attempt to charge the e-scooter if the e-scooter or the charger or the power outlet is wet.
•
Do not open, tamper with, or attempt to repair your e-scooter. Modifications to your e-scooter could
interfere with the operation of the e-scooter and result in serious injury and/or damage.
•
Do not allow anyone unfamiliar with this manual to ride the e-scooter. Make sure each new rider on
the e-scooter wears a helmet and other protective gear. Their safety is your responsibility.
•
As the rider, you assume all responsibilities and risks for any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions
that the rider may have. You are responsible for determining whether the conditions, including, without
limitation, rain, fog, snow, hail, ice, heat, or electrical storms, make it dangerous to operate the scooter.
•
Adjust your riding behavior and braking distance to suit the weather, visibility, surrounding
environment, and traffic conditions.
