1. Unpack the product from the shipping carton and remove the packing materials.
Place it on the floor and unfold the stabilizers to the maximum angle as shown in
the figure.
2. Once the stabilizers are unfolded, stand the equipment upright on the floor to
verify the stability. Adjust the foot pads to better balance if it is not stable.
3. Take out the pedals, marked "L" and "R" accordingly. Insert the pedal marked "R"
into the right crank thread hole, tighten clockwise by hand until it cannot turn, and
then lock it with the special open wrench lock. Follow the same directions on the
opposite side for the pedal marked “L”.
