Step 1: Getting started
Remove the bike from the packaging.
DO NOT
dispose of the original packaging until
assembly is complete. Check all packaging to ensure all necessary components are found
before beginning assembly.
Remove all padding and zip ties as you go.

Step 2: Front fork
Place the front wheel between the fork in the front of the frame (Figure 2a), positioned
between the front brake blocks. Ensure the wheel is aligned in the centre before tightening.
Front wheel must be in the centre of the fork (Figure 2b), or the front brake will not operate
smoothly.
Note:
Do not tighten components to 100% during assembly. Loosely tighten only to
50%-80% tightness; and retighten when assembly is complete.
