The adjustable dumbbell has weight increments from 5lb (2.3 kg) to 25lb (11.3 kg). Please
see the following chart which outlines the exact increments.

Ensure the openings (a and b) on the weight plates are facing in opposition on the
two ends of the base.

Ensure the weight adjustment pin (C) on the dumbbell is locked onto the 5lb (2.3kg)
weight indicator. Slot the dumbbell onto the weight plates, aligning the locking
mechanisms (A and B) with the respective openings (a and b).
