Lumbar height
The C-Form’s lumbar panel can also be adjusted by sliding it up or down.
Armrest position
To help prevent repetitive strain injuries you should adjust the chair’s armrests so
that your shoulders are relaxed and your arm forms an L-shape at the elbow.
Your forearms should be level with the floor.
– Push the button on the outside to lift/lower.
– Push armpads back or forwards to change depth.
– Twist the armrests to change their angle.
Seat height
Raise the seat height by lifting your weight
off the chair and pulling up the front button
under the right hand side of your chair. To
drop the height, sit on the chair and the chair
will lower. Aim to have your knees slightly
lower than your hips and your feet flat on the
floor. Lock the seat height by lowering the
button back to its neutral position.
Backrest tilt
We recommend you use the backrest free-
float mode and tension control to allow
dynamic movement in the chair, however,
you can lock the backrest angle by lifting the
rear button under the left side of your seat
and leaning back

Tension control
When the backrest is in free-float mode, you should adjust the tilt tension to create
a gentle resistance when sitting normally in the chair. You should not fly backwards
or have to press hard to maintain comfortable posture. To create the right balance
for your body weight, twist the tension lever just under the seat at the front of your
chair to increase or reduce the tilt resistance.
