Place the two 1667mm Strips on both sides of the door entrance. Make sure that each strip is
tight and flush with the framing on the inside. Fix in place using 30mm nails.
From inside the building position the three strips shown to frame the entrance. Again make sure
that these are tight and flush with the entrance framing. Fix using 30mm nails.
( O) = 5 x 30mm nails (Q) = 5 x 30mm nails (N) = 4 x 30mm nails
Position the Corner Strips so that they are tight and cover up where the panels join. Fix each strip
in place using 4 x 25mm screws.
Place the 2294mm batten against the front and above the entrance. Fix this in place using 4 x
50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are positioned in line with the vertical framing on th
reverse of the panel.
Place the roof sheet on top of the three battens as shown. The two 2400mm battens
should be flush on the ends and one of them should be offset from the edge 20mm. Fix
the roof sheet to the batten using 10 x 30mm nails (spaced evenly).
Position the 2294mm batten between these spaced as shown and offset on each end
by 50mm. Fix using 9 x 30mm nails. (spaced evenly)
Repeat
Turn the roof sections over and fix a Z’ bracket to each end of the middle batten using a 25mm
screw for each.
