Measure the
distance between
the posts and cut
the rails to the
correct size so that
they can fit in
between the posts.
Fix the rail to the
balusters you have
previously secured
using 2 x 45mm
screws for each
end.
(PRE-DRILL)
Cut the two hand
rails to size and
place these on top of
the baluster
assembly.
Fix each in place
using 4 x 45mm
screws.
(PRE-DRILL)
Place a baluster
against the post so
that it is 50mm
above the deck and
flush with the
outside of the post.
Fix this in place
using 3 x 50mm
screws. Repeat for
the other posts.
(PRE-DRILL)
Fix the remaining
balusters to the
outside of the rails
making sure each is
spaced
approximately
91mm apart.
Fix each in place
with a 45mm screw
at each end.
