Position the doors in
to the door frame and
make sure that the
larger part of the
hinge is sat tight
against the framing
before fixing each
hinge with 3 x 30mm
screws.
The doors should be
positioned squarely
and open outwards
without obstruction.
Position the two
747mm strips
against the inside of
the doors so that
they overlap the gap
equally.
The bottom strip
should be offset
80mm from the
bottom of the door.
The top strip should
be in line with the top
of the door and
spaced roughly
60mm from the
bottom strip.
Fix each strip to the
left hand door using
3 x 25mm screws

From the inside
position a small
barrel bolt against
top and bottom of the
left hand door. Make
sure that the bolts
will close properly
and hold the door
securely. Fix in place
using the screws
provided.
Place and fix a turn
button to the left
hand door so that
when it’s in the
locked position it
holds the doors level.
Use a 30mm screw.

Position two
cranked hinges
approximately
100mm from the
top and bottom of
the door frame. Fix
the smaller part of
the hinge to the
door using 2 x
30mm screws.
Repeat
