IR TX SETTING : (Default IR TX: O O O O)

This function could setup the IR signal whether from MATRIX sent to HDBaseT port. To
control remote device, setting O is on, X is off.

After entering IR TX SETTING menu, press ENTER, then LCM second line of text will flash, to press
UP or DOWN button to select O or X, press ENTER to confirm setting.

O : on          X : off
