INFORMATION ABOUT BATTERIES
IMPORTANT: Keep the batteries out of the
reach of children.
POWER SUPPLY:
• The music player uses 4 x AAA 1.5V alkaline
batteries or 4 x AAA 1.2V rechargeable NiMH
batteries.
• To charge rechargeable batteries it is necessary
to use an external battery charger.
BATTERY LIFE:
• AAA alkaline batteries: continuous transmission
for 9 hours.
• AAA rechargeable batteries (NiMH): continuous
transmission for 7 hours.
USING THE BATTERIES:
• Always insert the batteries with the correct
indicated polarity.
• Do not throw the batteries into the fire as they
may explode.
• Batteries can be easily swallowed by small
children, with dangerous consequences.
• Always prevent small children from handling
batteries and keep them out of their reach.
• If you think that a battery has been swallowed,
consult a doctor immediately.
• Different types of batteries, or used and unused
batteries, must not be mixed; always replace
both batteries.
• Flat batteries must be removed from the
product.
• Never recharge batteries that are not
rechargeable as they may explode or leak
fluids.
• Remove the batteries if you are not using the
product for a long time.
• The power supply terminals must not be short-
circuited.
• Do not throw used batteries in the bin. Take
them to a collection point.
