Display
Fontafit Tala has a TFT color display. The display can show the date, time, steps walked, sleep
duration, pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen, notifications and more.
NOTE: More information about steps, sleep, pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen, sports
activities and the route recording is displayed by tapping on the respective menu in the
app.

Watch face setting
FontaFit 290CH Tala has two watch faces that you can switch between. To change the current
watch face, tap the sensitive button once until the display is activated. With the display on, press
and hold the sensitive button for at least 3 seconds to change the watch face.

“ in the app, here you have a choice of different watch faces that you can load
on the Tala Fitness Tracker as a second watch face. Tap a watch face in the app and it will be
loaded onto the Tracker.
You can choose between the standard dial and other dials that you can download. Furthermore,
you can customize the dial with a picture from your photo library.
To customize a dial with a photo, tap „
More
“ in the Dials section, select a dial, and tap Choose
Photo. Shoot a new photo or select a photo. Select the photo by tapping and tapping „
Next
“.
You now have the option to select a section from the photo. To confirm, tap .
To upload a watch face to the tracker, tap on „
Upload
“.
Note: Uploading pictures and watch faces to the Tala takes about 90 seconds.
Activating the submenu
Scroll through the main menu by tapping the sensitive key. By tapping and holding the key for
approx. 3 seconds, you can access the respective submenu of the displayed main menu item
(if available).
By tapping and holding the key for approx. 3 seconds in a submenu, you confirm the selection
or return to the main menu.
Note: The recorded data is transferred to the app and can be viewed there.
Steps
Steps are recorded when the Fitness Tracker is worn.
Heart rate, Blood pressure and Oxygen
By touching the respective menu item, the heart rate, blood
pressure and oxygen saturation measurement is started and the result is shown in the display.
